Compravado is the controller of your personal data. For any request related to your data, write to maurocuenca05@gmail.com.

• When you leave your email for the welcome discount: email address and, if you share it, your WhatsApp number.
• When you place an order: name, phone, delivery address, city, and optionally your email and delivery notes.

We never collect card or payment data — Compravado doesn't process payments; the supplier handles that directly on delivery.

• Managing and confirming your order.
• Sharing your order details with the supplier/distributor responsible for delivery — the only reason a third party receives your contact and delivery information.
• Contacting you about your order status (received, shipped, delivered).
• Sending your discount code and, only if you leave your email voluntarily, marketing communications.

Besides the supplier/distributor mentioned above, we use these technology providers as data processors (they process data on our behalf, they don't own it):

• Supabase — database storage.
• Resend — transactional emails (order confirmation, status updates).
• Klaviyo — marketing communications, only for those who left their email voluntarily.

As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:

• Know, update, and correct your personal data.
• Request proof of the authorization given for processing your data.
• Be informed about how your data has been used.
• Revoke your authorization and/or request deletion of your data, when no legal or contractual duty prevents it.
• Access your personal data free of charge.
• File complaints with Colombia's data protection authority (SIC).
